Description

Where a treant once stood as guardian of the old wood, Trostaka now walks as something far older and far darker — a living monument to a grudge the forest itself cannot forget.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Trostaka the Vengeful is no mere woodland spirit roused to anger. This is a Treant of Hatred, a being whose heartwood has been rotted through by centuries of unresolved fury. The sculpt captures that perfectly — bark-plated limbs twisted into a warrior's stance, a massive axe blade formed from gnarled wood raised in one hand, and a splintered log-club hefted in the other. Antler-like branches erupt from the crown of the head, and a mantle of jagged bark-leaves frames the torso like corrupted armour. Every groove of the wood grain and every cracked, peeling surface tells a story of something ancient and deeply, dangerously wronged.

From a Dungeon Master's perspective, Trostaka works as a formidable boss encounter in any Feywild arc, a corrupted guardian awakened by deforestation, or a centuries-old enemy returning to finish what it started. The detailed base — gnarled roots erupting from cracked earth — anchors the miniature on the table and makes it equally at home on a display shelf. Whether you're running a 5e campaign or adding heavyweight monsters to your collection, this sculpt commands attention.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Run Feywild campaigns or encounters in corrupted, cursed forests
  • Need a large-scale boss monster with real table presence
  • Collect high-detail creatures from independent sculptors
  • Want a centrepiece miniature that rewards careful painting — wood grain, bark texture, and aged wood knots throughout

Encounter Hook:
The druid's commune with the forest returns one image: an ancient oak at the heart of the grove, split down the middle by a bolt of lightning that struck a hundred years before any of the party were born. The woodcutters' village on the forest's edge has been burning for three nights. Trostaka is not approaching. Trostaka is already there.

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces — a small amount of superglue is all that's needed to assemble them. The base and model are designed to interact, and the miniature looks its best when displayed together as sculpted. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming.
