Description

Once a guardian of the ancient Duskweave forest, Evarak was twisted by dark magic into something far more dangerous — a hulking treant of gnarled wood and fungal growths, wielding a barbed branch-flail and harbouring a rage that no druid can pacify.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Evarak is a treant corrupted beyond recognition — no longer the slow, wise forest guardian of D&D tradition, but a predatory, aggressive creature that tears through undergrowth and adventurers alike. The sculpt captures this transformation brilliantly: a tall, humanoid body of deeply textured bark, cracked and split to reveal darker heartwood beneath, with scattered mushroom growths along the torso hinting at decay and taint. Branching antler-like protrusions crown the head, which is angular and mask-like with hollow, sunken features — more predator than protector.

One arm hangs outstretched with raking claw-like fingers, while the other wields a long barbed branch wrapped in vines and tipped with a curved blade — part natural growth, part improvised weapon. The legs taper into gnarled, root-like limbs that anchor into a rubble-and-stump base, lending the mini real visual weight and groundedness. The pose is mid-stride, one leg raised, conveying unstoppable forward momentum — this is a creature charging, not standing still.

The level of surface detail is exceptional throughout: individual bark striations, fungal nodules, twisting vine wraps, and splintered wood edges all catch light beautifully and will reward layered drybrushing and washes. Whether you paint Evarak in the warm ochres and deep browns of a dying woodland or the cold greys and sickly greens of a blighted forest, there is plenty here for even experienced painters to get absorbed in.

This miniature suits adventurers who:

  • Need a formidable forest or wilderness boss encounter
  • Are running a nature-corruption or blight arc in their campaign
  • Want a plant-type creature that reads as genuinely threatening, not whimsical
  • Collect D&D plant creatures and want a centrepiece Treant sculpt
  • Love detailed minis with real painting depth and texture

Encounter Hook: The logging crew that ventured into the Duskweave three days ago hasn't returned. Their last message spoke of something watching from between the trees — something that used to be the forest's protector. As the party pushes deeper into the blighted wood, the canopy closes above them and the ground shudders. Evarak has found them first.
