This is the Toxic Sewer Well Ladder Down (TS-053), a modular terrain piece from the Dungeon Blocks Toxic Sewer range. Designed to represent a 5ft square in standard scale, this sunken well features a chunky circular rim and a visible ladder leading down into the depths below — a detail that immediately tells your players there is somewhere to go, and raises the question of whether they want to go there.
Whether it marks the entrance to a hidden undercity, a smuggler's bolt-hole, or the lair of something that prefers the dark, this piece earns its place on any sewer, dungeon, or urban battle map.
