These three writhing appendages erupt from a base of bubbling toxic sludge, their mottled pink and green colouring suggesting something deeply wrong with whatever creature lurks below. Whether they belong to a Roper's lesser cousin, a Gibbering Mouther probing the darkness, or something entirely homebrew and unknowable, this terrain piece does exactly what great scatter terrain should — it makes your players pause, reassess, and start asking nervous questions.
Designed as part of the Toxic Sewer range, this piece fits naturally into underground encounters: flooded dungeon corridors, blighted waterways, the Underdark's forgotten channels.
