This is the Water Skulls 1 tile from the Dungeon Blocks Toxic Sewer range (TS-069). Cast in vivid toxic green, this 3.5cm square terrain block depicts a murky, bubbling pool of foul water with skulls and bones half-submerged in the slime. The sculpt captures that unsettling stillness that tells your players something very bad happened here — and recently.
