This is the Toxic Sewer Water Outlet (Active) — piece TS-075 from the Dungeon Blocks modular terrain range. Sculpted as a chunky stone wall section set into a raised plinth base, the outlet features a circular pipe mouth with a cross-guard grate and two side conduit pipes, all actively discharging a vivid torrent of glowing green sludge that pools on the floor below.
