This is the kind of NPC every Dungeon Master needs in their collection: the sort of woman who runs the town whether anyone's given her a title or not. Sculpted by Yasashii Kyojin Studio, she wears a close-laced corset over a full, draped skirt that gathers and billows at the hem, and her off-shoulder sleeves frame a figure that radiates quiet authority. A hoop earring catches the light. Her long hair falls loose down her back. She is barefoot — deliberately, confidently, unmistakably so — and the slight curl of her raised fingers suggests she's either mid-incantation or mid-negotiation.
