Tower Guard (Eridius) by DM Stash
Description
He has stood at the threshold of a hundred sieges, shield raised, winged helm catching the light of burning cities — and not once has he taken a step back.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Tower Guard known as Eridius is a warrior of extraordinary presence. Clad in articulated plate armour etched with intricate detailing, he carries a full-length spear levelled at whatever dares approach, whilst his massive tower shield — ornately riveted and carved with flowing knotwork — holds the line against all comers. His winged helmet marks him as a soldier of distinction: not a common footman, but a named guardian, a veteran of the wall, a man whose reputation precedes him into every room. Broken swords and fallen weapons scatter the rubble beneath his boots — testament to the battles he has already won.
This sculpt captures the moment before the charge: weight forward, spear angled low, shield arm braced. The base is richly detailed with debris and ornamental flourish, and the figure interacts with it naturally — grounding the composition with a sense of real, physical tension. Equally at home leading a city's honour guard or standing as an immovable obstacle between the party and their objective, Eridius rewards careful painting and commands attention straight out of the box.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Want a battle-hardened fighter or paladin with genuine visual authority
- Need a named NPC — a city guard captain, tournament champion, or rival warrior
- Are running urban campaigns, sieges, or scenarios involving fortified locations
- Build display collections alongside their gaming shelf
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the gates of Valdenmere to find their contact already dead — and Eridius, Tower Guard of the First Spire, standing over the body. He doesn't reach for his spear. He simply says: "I've been expecting you."
Details
