Krull is no ordinary cleric. This hulking Tortle shaman carries the weight of his deity's will across a broad, scaled back adorned with a crown of jagged stone shards etched with hieroglyphic runes. His weapon of choice is a brutal skull-headed maul — twin fanged skulls bound to the haft by heavy chains — more reliquary than weapon, and all the more terrifying for it. A belt of small skulls rings his waist, his leathery hide is wrapped in braided cord and scale, and his expression carries the focused calm of something that does not need to hurry. He knows you cannot outrun him.
This is a Tortle of deep faith and deep patience — a perfect centrepiece for desert temple encounters, ancient reptilian cults, or as a formidable elder within a Tortle coastal community. Whether he is a battle-hardened ally, a vengeful oracle, or the final guardian of a sunken ruin, Krull commands the table the moment he's placed on it. Encounter Hook:
The party discover a circle of skulls arranged around the entrance to a submerged temple. Before they can investigate, the water beside the dock erupts and Krull hauls himself onto the jetty, maul raised, fixing each adventurer in turn with ancient, unreadable eyes. He speaks one sentence in a language nobody recognises — and then waits.
Krull is printed at 32mm scale. The model and base are supplied as separate pieces and can be attached with super glue — the sculpt interacts with the base, so we recommend attaching it for the best display result. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming and painting, or striking enough to use as-is.
