Tom Bill is a medieval peasant NPC miniature with the kind of lived-in detail that makes a settlement feel genuinely inhabited. He trudges forward with a bundle of rough-hewn wooden stakes balanced over one shoulder and a wooden bucket of root vegetables swinging from his other hand — the very picture of a man who has never stopped working long enough to notice the world changing around him.
