Tiny Sam is anything but. Broad-shouldered and scarred, this bare-chested pirate stands atop a weathered dockside platform, one meaty arm raised high to heft a locked treasure chest with effortless arrogance. His belt is laden with pouches, pistols, and rope — a man who has survived the high seas through sheer stubbornness — and the smirk on his face suggests he knows exactly how this encounter ends. Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a stolen merchant's manifest to the harbour district — only to find Tiny Sam already on the dock, chest raised above his head, auctioning its contents to the highest bidder in a crowd of armed sailors who very clearly work for him. He spots the party immediately, grins, and says the price just went up.
Tiny Sam is printed at 35mm scale — if you'd prefer 32mm, just drop us a message and we'll adjust it for you. A decorative dockside base is available as an option; if you select it, please send us a note specifying which of the three base styles you'd like. The base arrives separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Tiny Sam arrives ready to prime and paint, or to use straight from the box.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
