Description
It was built to serve and to protect — but the sorcery animating it has long since curdled into something far more dangerous.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Tin Man is a heavily armoured construct of impressive stature, clad in full plate and animated by volatile magical energy that vents from its visor in billowing plumes of sickly green vapour. One gauntleted hand grips a long-hafted weapon whilst the other terminates in a massive bladed claw, poised mid-stride as though bearing down on whatever dares stand before it. Whether you use this as a malfunctioning warforged, a rogue arcane construct, or the iron guardian of a long-dead wizard-lord, it carries the weight of something that was made to be unstoppable — and very nearly is.
For Dungeon Masters, this miniature works beautifully as a boss encounter, a cursed relic brought back online, or a construct the party must outthink rather than simply overpower. For collectors and painters, those swirling energy plumes offer a spectacular opportunity to work with OSL (object source lighting) techniques in sickly greens and deep shadows on tarnished plate.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run artificer-themed campaigns or arcane dungeon crawls
- Need a memorable boss-tier construct encounter
- Want a centrepiece miniature for display or painted collections
- Are building encounters around rogue magical constructs or ancient guardians
Encounter Hook:
The party follows the map to the old artificer's vaults — only to find the final guardian still active, still following a standing order from a master three centuries dead. It cannot be reasoned with. It cannot be bribed. It only knows the directive etched into its core: let nothing pass.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature comes as separate components (as shown in the artist's render) and assembles easily with cyanoacrylate adhesive. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; minor support marks are possible but easily cleaned up. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Equally striking straight off the build plate as a display piece.
