The Matriarch is a tiefling noblewoman who wears her authority like armour — because, in her case, it literally is. She stands in a commanding wide stance, both gauntleted hands gripping an ornate halberd adorned with sweeping filigree along the blade and shaft. Her fitted plate armour is layered and engraved throughout: feathered pauldrons, a sculpted breastplate, articulated vambraces, and a long flowing tabard-coat etched with swirling knotwork that trails behind her. Curling rams' horns frame a composed, imperious face, and a scaled serpentine tail coils behind her — fully visible in the rear view and a superb detail for painters to bring to life.

The sculpt carries genuine weight. The back view reveals an equally intricate composition: the tabard's knotwork continues across the full length of the coat, the armour plates interlock with careful layering, and the raised halberd adds a strong diagonal silhouette that reads clearly from across the table.
