Madame Octavia is the Resistance Leader from DM Stash's The Baldurian Inquisition campaign setting — a tiefling of unmistakable authority. She cuts a formidable silhouette: curling ram's horns framing cascading hair, a sweeping fur-trimmed coat over intricately engraved armour panels, scale-textured sleeves, and a long barbed tail coiling behind her. In one hand she holds a short staff or dagger, her posture cool and deliberate. Her base is scattered with broken cobblestones and scattered coins — the currency of revolution.
Every surface of this sculpt rewards close attention. The floral scrollwork across her breastplate, the layered fur texturing on her coat, the weave detailing on her robe — all carry through to the back of the mini with equal care. She reads as a woman of both power and precision: the kind of NPC who changes the shape of a campaign the moment she enters a scene. Equally at home on a display shelf or a battlemat, she suits both dedicated collectors and DMs building a rich city-based political intrigue.

Encounter Hook:
The party has been summoned to an unmarked warehouse in the merchant quarter. Madame Octavia is already there, seated at a candlelit table with a map of the Inquisition's patrol routes pinned beneath a dagger. She doesn't stand when they enter. She doesn't need to. The resistance needs the party — but she'll make them prove they need her first.
Supplied at 32mm scale. The decorative scenic base is included as a separate piece and can be attached with superglue — this mini is sculpted to interact with its base, so we recommend using it. Arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or striking straight from the shelf as a display piece. We remove supports before dispatch and quality-check every piece, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
