This is pose 01 of the Tiefling Knight range by Galaad Miniatures, and it captures a fighter mid-stride, coiled between advance and defence. Her sword arm is extended and low, blade angled for a rising cut, while her buckler-style shield is raised and braced on the opposite side — the body language of someone who has taken hits before and learned from each one. Her armour is a practical layered arrangement of plate over cloth, with articulated pauldrons and knee guards, a wide utility belt, and a long travel-worn coat flaring behind her. Her hair is drawn up into twin knots above her horns, and the expression on her face is one of focused, unhurried resolve. She is not angry. She is ready.

Tieflings make compelling player characters precisely because of the weight they carry — the suspicion, the heritage, the constant need to prove themselves to a world that has already judged them. This sculpt communicates all of that without saying a word. She would work equally well as a seasoned Fighter or Paladin PC, a mercenary captain with a complicated past, or a rival who turns out to have been on the right side all along. Just as at home on a display shelf as she is on the battlemat.

Supplied at 32mm scale. The figure and decorative base are separate pieces — a small amount of super glue will bond them securely, and the sculpt is designed to interact naturally with the base. Comes unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or usable as a display piece straight from the box. We remove supports as part of our process; as with all hand-checked prints, minor imperfections may occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
