This is a creature born from two worlds and comfortable in neither — and somehow all the more dangerous for it. The Tiefling Goblin sculpt by Epic Miniatures captures a wiry, coiled figure mid-stance, weight shifted onto one leg as clawed hands raise in a gesture that sits somewhere between a threat display and a dark incantation. The expression — mouth open in a snarl, eyes narrowed — speaks to something feral that infernal heritage has only sharpened rather than tamed.
Details reward a careful eye. A crown of ringed, spiralling horns juts from the skull alongside wide bat-like ears, giving the head a distinctive silhouette unlike any standard goblin or tiefling sculpt. A long lion-like tail curls dramatically behind the figure, its tufted tip providing a dynamic counterpoint to the forward energy of the pose. Below the waist, shaggy fur and a rough belt of rope sit above sturdy buckled boots — utilitarian kit worn by something that survives on wit and spite in equal measure. The torso is bare and muscular, suggesting a fighter who relies more on ferocity and infernal resilience than armour.
The multipart sculpt gives painters excellent access to all of those surface details, and the medium oval base provides a solid, display-ready foundation. Whether you're reaching for deep reds and bruised purples to play up the tiefling bloodline, or the sickly greens of classic goblinoid flesh pushed into something stranger, this sculpt offers real depth to work with.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a distinctive monster or NPC for urban underbelly or infernal-tinged encounters
- Are building a warband of chaotic, fiend-touched creatures
- Want a striking focal piece for a painted display or diorama
- Play tiefling or goblin player characters and want a sculpt with real character
Encounter Hook: The party has been hired to track down a black-market dealer operating out of the city's warren district — but when they find the address, the figure waiting in the candlelight is no ordinary fence. This wiry, horned creature with ember-yellow eyes grins at their surprise and makes it clear it already knows why they've come, who sent them, and exactly what that information is worth.
