The Thunder Lion is a Large-base beast miniature that commands attention the moment it hits the table. Rearing up on its hind legs with forepaws raised and jaws wide in a ferocious roar, this sculpt radiates raw predatory aggression. The mane is dense and layered with overlapping feather-like scales, giving the creature a texture that rewards careful drybrushing — electric blues and crackling whites would bring the lightning energy to life brilliantly. Jagged bolts of energy erupt from the shoulders and back, sculpted as hard angular protrusions that arc away from the body, while the tail coils and splits into barbed tendrils. The body itself is covered in overlapping armour-like scales over a muscular leonine frame, with prominent claws on both forepaws and hind legs.
The decorative base is included in the plain-base variant, featuring a cracked and churned ground texture that anchors the dynamic rearing pose.
