Description

Every court has a throne, and every throne tells a story — of power claimed, power inherited, or power about to be violently contested.

  • ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
  • ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
  • ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama

This ornate throne is the kind of seat that demands a story. The tufted cushioned back rises tall between carved scrollwork columns, topped with an elaborate crest of leaves and flourishes. Acanthus-leaf corbels brace each armrest, and the apron beneath the seat is decorated with flowing scroll carvings that speak of wealth, taste, and the desire to be taken seriously. It sits on a cobblestone-textured oval base, making it ready to drop straight onto your battle map as the centrepiece of any grand hall, throne room, or seat of power.

Whether it belongs to a beloved monarch, a tyrannical lich king, a scheming noble, or the BBEG your players have been hunting across a continent, this throne elevates your encounter space from a room with walls to a location with meaning. It works equally well as a focal point for display dioramas and painted scene pieces.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Are building a throne room encounter for their campaign's climax
  • Need a seat of power for a noble NPC, villain, or monarch
  • Want detailed scatter terrain that rewards close inspection
  • Are creating dioramas or painted display scenes featuring royalty or court intrigue
  • Collect high-detail scatter pieces that work as both gaming terrain and display objects

Encounter Hook:
The throne room doors swing open to reveal the seat empty — but warm to the touch, and the king's crown balanced neatly on one armrest. Someone left in a hurry. Or someone is still here, and they want the party to sit down first.

Scaled to 32mm. The model with the detailed base comes as one piece. A plain base variant is available separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming — use as-is or make it the centrepiece of your next painting project. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor marks may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
