Thrikreen Warrior Bundle by Primal Collectibles
Description
They move without sound across the cracked wastes, four arms ready, compound eyes tracking every tremor in the dust — the Thri-Kreen do not stalk prey. They simply wait for it to stop running.

This bundle brings together two sculpts from Primal Collectibles' Wasteland range, each depicting a Thri-Kreen warrior in a distinct, high-energy pose. The first is an agile skirmisher mid-lunge, armed with a spiked axe in one hand and a curved blade in another, chitin armour plating across the thorax and a leather skirt of riveted panels lending a brutal, utilitarian look. The second is a towering combatant, four limbs extended in an aggressive stance — a long spiked polearm raised overhead, a throwing star ready in a second hand, and wicked foreleg scythes sweeping down from the legs. Both minis stand on richly detailed rocky wasteland bases scattered with skulls and broken terrain, their insectoid heads crested with curved antennae and multi-faceted eyes.
Thri-Kreen are notoriously difficult to represent on the table — their four arms, mantis-like legs, and alien silhouette demand sculpts that commit to the creature's strangeness. These two pieces do exactly that, capturing the controlled ferocity of a pack hunter without softening any of the edges. They work equally well as D&D 5e encounter pieces — using the Thri-Kreen stat block from Mordenkainen's or Spelljammer — or as striking display miniatures for collectors who appreciate genuinely unusual fantasy creatures.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need Thri-Kreen warriors for a desert, wasteland, or Dark Sun-inspired campaign
- Want two distinct poses to vary encounters or represent different pack members
- Are building a display collection of non-standard D&D monsters
- Enjoy painting insectoid textures — chitin, compound eyes, and segmented limbs reward careful work
- Want meaningful savings over buying each sculpt individually
Encounter Hook:
The caravan has been circling the same dune for three hours when the ranger notices the pattern — the tracks aren't following them, they're surrounding them. Four sets. Maybe five. The clicking begins just as the sun dips below the ridge, and the first silhouette rises against the amber sky.
This bundle includes both Thri-Kreen warrior sculpts (poses 1 and 2) from Primal Collectibles' Wasteland range. Both are scaled to 32mm and come with detailed scenic bases as shown. The Compare at Price reflects the saving versus purchasing each miniature separately. Miniatures are supplied unpainted and ready for priming — small imperfections from the printing process are possible and can be easily tidied up before painting.
