Three Goblins in a Trenchcoat by MZ4250
Description
They insist they are a single, very tall merchant — and they're offended you'd suggest otherwise.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Few encounters balance menace with absurdity quite like this one. Three goblins, stacked inside a long buttoned trenchcoat with the collar turned up and their composure barely holding together, present themselves to the world as a legitimate person of business. The sculpt captures the ruse in exquisite detail: the coat hangs just slightly too long, the posture is a little too rigid, and the expression of the topmost goblin is that of a creature straining every muscle to appear trustworthy. Whoever is at the bottom is clearly struggling.
This is one of those miniatures that earns a double-take at the table. Whether you play it straight — a known operative of a goblin thieves' guild who has successfully infiltrated a merchant district for years — or lean into the chaos of the gag, it works beautifully for both. The sculpt by MZ4250 is rich with character and holds paint brilliantly, making it equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run urban intrigue campaigns with a streak of dark comedy
- Need an NPC that stops the party dead and makes them argue about whether to roll Insight
- Want a showpiece mini that'll get a reaction from every player at the table
- Collect characterful sculpts that blur the line between monster and NPC
Encounter Hook:
The merchant known as "Grumbald Threesworth" has been a fixture of the market quarter for two seasons — always selling slightly-too-cheap goods, always paying in coins that smell faintly of sewage. When the party is hired to investigate a string of warehouse thefts, the trail leads directly to his stall, where Grumbald is visibly sweating and insisting, very firmly, that he is one person.
