The Three-Eyed Orchardist is one of those NPCs who changes the texture of an entire region. At first glance she's a travelling merchant — hooded, composed, carrying a wicker basket brimming with produce while a horned goat trots dutifully at her side. But the wheelbarrow piled with pumpkins and gourds sits in the shadow of something ancient and bestial, all horns and open jaws, looming at her back like a ward or a warning. That carved torch she carries — its flame shaped like a screaming face — suggests she's not simply selling apples.

This is a multi-piece set that rewards both the DM who wants a layered, atmospheric NPC and the collector who appreciates narrative sculpting at its finest.
