Kuzen the Traveller is a wandering warrior-monk drawn from the mythology of eastern fantasy, the kind of figure who appears at the edge of a mountain road and leaves only footprints and rumours behind. This sculpt captures him in a dynamic mid-movement pose — balanced on one foot, one arm outstretched in a deflecting palm, the other raising a scaled staff overhead. His ornate layered armour is covered in intricate filigree scrollwork, lion-faced pauldrons, and chainmail detailing beneath carved bracers. His Tabaxi features — furred face, clawed feet, wild mane — give him an immediately recognisable presence on the table.
From the An Eastern Journey collection by DM Stash, this miniature is rich with cultural detail: the flowing sash, the scale-textured wrappings on his staff and limbs, and the small stone lantern on the rubble-strewn base all tell a story without a single word of text. Whether you're running a campaign inspired by eastern mythology, building a Tabaxi Monk player character, or simply looking for a centrepiece display piece, Kuzen holds his own from every angle — as the gallery images make clear.
Well suited to adventurers who:
- Are playing or DMing a Tabaxi Monk character and want a sculpt that earns its place at the table
- Need a wandering sage, martial arts master, or mysterious stranger NPC for an eastern-inspired campaign
- Collect display miniatures with distinctive lore and exceptional sculptural detail
- Are running settings with Kara-Tur, Ravnica, or homebrew eastern fantasy flavour
Encounter Hook:
The party's caravan is stopped on a mountain pass by a lone Tabaxi standing motionless in the road, balanced impossibly on one foot, staff raised. He does not speak. A scroll is tucked into his sash — sealed with wax in the shape of a coiled serpent — and it is addressed to one of the player characters by name.
Kuzen comes printed at 32mm scale. The decorative rubble base with stone lantern is included as a separate piece and attaches easily — we recommend keeping it, as Kuzen's single-foot stance is designed to work with the base's rocky surface. The miniature arrives with supports removed, cleaned, and fully cured, ready for priming and painting or display straight from the box.
