Quelm is a minion of the Spore Court — a squat, rotund mushroom-folk creature wearing a loincloth of layered leaves and sporting an oversized, wart-studded cap that dwarfs the rest of his body. His pose captures him mid-waddle, both stubby hands curled around a faceted gemstone he holds close to his belly, a smug little grin just visible beneath the shadow of that enormous cap. The rear view reveals the fine ribbed gills running under the cap's brim and the beautifully textured leaf-cloth at his waist, showing the depth of detail carried through the whole sculpt.

As a myconid-adjacent creature, Quelm reads equally well as a low-CR fungal minion, a mischievous forest sprite, or a member of an Underdark spore colony.
