The Queen of Shattered Reflections is a miniature that earns its place at the head of any encounter table. Draped in an enormous cage-skirted gown trimmed with heart motifs and quilted panelling, she carries herself with the absolute authority of a ruler who has never once been refused. In one gauntleted hand she clutches a lantern trailing ethereal smoke; in the other, a tall sceptre topped with a cracked ornamental mirror — a symbol of a court where truth has long since been replaced with whatever she chooses to see.

Her towering sculpted coiffure, crowned with a jagged diadem, frames a face of cold imperious composure. Mushrooms cluster around the base at her feet — this is a queen of wild, warped places, where courtly elegance and something altogether stranger have grown together into a single thorned thing. The miniature is multipart, and the detail across every element — the latticed skirt panels, the engraved corset, the wisping smoke from the lantern — rewards careful, patient brushwork from any level of painter.

Whether you build her as a Fey archfey, a dark mirror of a deposed noble, or the final boss of a Feywild campaign that has taken a deeply unsettling turn, she arrives on the table with the kind of visual presence that makes players sit up straighter when they realise what they are facing.

Adventurers who will love this miniature:

  • Dungeon Masters running Feywild arcs with a corrupted or tyrannical archfey at the centre
  • Players whose Warlock patron is a powerful, capricious Fey noble of the Great Old archetype
  • Collectors who appreciate large-scale, highly detailed character sculpts as display centrepieces
  • Painters looking for a miniature with dramatic cloth, ornate armour panels, and intricate prop detail to showcase their techniques

Encounter Hook

The party has been summoned — not invited, summoned — to the Court of Shattered Glass, where the Queen sits upon a throne ringed by mirrors that each show a different death. She greets them by name, describes their worst fears with the casual ease of someone reciting a dinner menu, and makes them an offer: serve her for one year, or watch the mirror that bears their reflection crack from edge to edge.
