Description
Once a nobleman of considerable influence, Oswin Thornhart made a bargain with something ancient and rooted — and the forest has been slowly reclaiming him ever since.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Oswin Thornhart is no simple lycanthrope or woodland brute. He is something far more unsettling: a figure caught between aristocratic dignity and feral transformation, his embroidered waistcoat straining across a chest matted with wild fur, his arms gnarled with creeping bark and thorn. From his skull rise great branching antlers — not the proud rack of a stag, but something twisted and hungry, like deadwood reaching for light. One clawed hand is raised mid-threat, the other lost to the encroaching wood. He strides forward from a base of writhing roots and draped fabric, as though the forest floor itself is surging up to claim him.
This is a character with a story baked into every detail — the remnants of civilised clothing, the snarl on a half-leonine face, the bark spreading up bark-wrapped limbs like a sentence being slowly written. Whether you use him as a cursed noble boss, a Feywild warden gone wrong, or a unique lycanthrope variant, Oswin Thornhart commands the table the moment he's placed on it. Equally at home in a glass display cabinet as he is dominating a boss encounter tile.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a charismatic, lore-rich boss monster for a gothic or Feywild-adjacent campaign arc
- Want a large-scale centrepiece creature with paintable texture across fur, bark, fabric, and antler
- Are building a cursed noble's estate, enchanted forest, or Ravenloft-style domain
- Collect display-quality fantasy miniatures with distinct narrative character
Encounter Hook:
The party was hired to find Lord Thornhart, missing these past three months from his estate on the forest's edge. They track him at last to the old hunting lodge — but the figure that turns to face them in the moonlight is wearing his coat over something that is no longer entirely his body, and the antlers scraping the ceiling were not there when the portrait above the mantle was painted.
