Description

He was once a champion of the old labyrinth-gods — now he serves something older, and far worse.

  • ✔ Display-scale miniature — larger than standard 32mm gaming scale
  • ✔ Resin printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Equally suited to display shelves and the gaming table

The Fallen Minotaur is no simple brute. This is a warlord, a warlock, a broken thing that chose corruption over death and has been collecting skulls ever since. The sculpt shows him in a commanding, weight-bearing stance — both massive hands gripping a towering staff topped with a runed warhammer head, a curved blade hanging at his hip, and a great horned skull-mask that makes it impossible to know whether there's still a mind behind those eyes. His hide is knotted with old scars, his belt is strung with the skulls of those who thought they could slow him down, and tattered robes billow around legs that could stave in a castle door. Scattered around the base are more skulls, broken weapons, and runes — the archaeology of a long, terrible career.

Details

This is a display-scale centrepiece sculpt, sized generously above standard 32mm to reflect his role as a boss character. He commands the table the moment he hits it. Whether you're placing him at the heart of a ruined labyrinth, the throne room of a death cult, or the final chamber of a months-long campaign arc, he carries the weight of the moment. Equally at home on a painter's display shelf as he is anchoring a climactic encounter.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a BBEG or end-of-arc boss that genuinely unsettles the party
  • Are building a labyrinth, death cult, or dark arena encounter
  • Want a large-scale painting project with exceptional surface detail — textures, skulls, runes, and layered armour throughout
  • Collect display miniatures from independent fantasy sculptors

Encounter Hook:
The party finds the cult's inner sanctum empty — save for a throne of stacked skulls and a single enormous set of footprints leading toward the altar. Then the doors behind them seal shut, and something shifts in the shadows ahead. The Fallen Minotaur doesn't roar. He simply turns around.

This model is supplied at display scale — the base measures 80mm, making him substantially larger than a standard 32mm miniature, as intended by the artist to reflect his boss-tier presence. The base is detached but attaches easily with a small amount of glue. He arrives ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight from the box as an unpainted grey miniature. If you'd like a different scale, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
