Description

Long before dragons claimed the skies, something far older and far angrier ruled the open plains — and it is very much still hungry.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Terror Bird is one of nature's most unsettling designs: a flightless predator built entirely for pursuit and devastation. This action pose sculpt captures it mid-aggression — beak open wide, crest fanned dramatically, body weight forward as if it has already committed to the charge. The layered feather detail across the body and wings is rendered with real depth, and those scaled, taloned legs communicate exactly the kind of raw, prehistoric threat that makes a party's ranger reach nervously for their bow. On a rocky, scrub-scattered base, this creature feels like it belongs to a world older and more dangerous than any dungeon.

Whether you are running a wilderness hex-crawl, a lost-world encounter, or simply need a creature on the table that commands immediate attention, the Terror Bird delivers. It works equally well as a wandering monster, a trained war-beast, or the signature creature of a tribal druid warband. A genuinely characterful addition to any display shelf too — this is a sculpt that earns its space.

A fine addition for adventurers who:

  • Run wilderness, savannah, or lost-world encounters in D&D or other TTRPGs
  • Need a Beast-type creature that looks genuinely threatening on the table
  • Are building a prehistoric or primal-themed monster collection
  • Enjoy painting feathered creatures with layered, textured detail
  • Want a display-worthy miniature as well as a gaming piece

Encounter Hook:
The merchant caravan never arrived. Following the road south, the party finds the wagons overturned and the horses gone — and then, from the long grass fifty feet ahead, a crested head rises slowly, beak stained dark, eyes fixed on the nearest character. It is not alone.
