These temple ruins capture the quiet tragedy of a once-grand structure reclaimed by time and nature. Four weathered columns support a fractured, crumbling roof slab, whilst fallen masonry lies scattered across a sandy base alongside creeping desert flora — dry grasses and broad-leafed undergrowth pushing up through the rubble. The detailing is rich throughout: fluted column shafts, pitted stone textures, and a base that reads as parched earth rather than clean dungeon floor. This is a piece that feels lived in — or rather, abandoned and slowly forgotten.

Whether you're setting a scene in the ruins of a Thayan outpost, staging an ambush in the deserts of Anauroch, or building a diorama of some long-lost Netherese shrine, this piece brings immediate narrative weight to the table. Equally at home on a battle map or a display shelf, it suits both gaming sessions and collector setups with ease.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Want to add ancient-world atmosphere to desert or wilderness encounter maps
  • Are building immersive scatter terrain for D&D, Pathfinder, or other TTRPGs
  • Paint and collect display-quality terrain pieces as well as gaming scenery
  • Run campaigns featuring lost civilisations, forgotten temples, or cursed ruins

Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a stolen relic to a half-buried temple on the edge of the wastes. The columns still stand, but the altar within has been moved — recently. Footprints in the sand lead inward, and something large shifted in the shadows beneath the fractured roof the moment they stepped onto the base stones.

Scaled to 32mm and supplied ready for priming and painting, or usable straight from the box as unpainted terrain. The piece is printed as a single assembled unit on a detailed integrated base. Some minor surface variation is inherent to the process — any small imperfections can be cleaned up easily before painting.
