This is the knight who never quite hung up his sword. Armoured in a studded mail hauberk and a riveted great helm, he charges forward with one knee raised mid-stride — sword arm swept back and ready to deliver a punishing blow, round shield raised and bearing a carved emblem of honour. His flowing cloak billows behind him, the fabric rendered with deep, sweeping folds that give the sculpt a real sense of forward momentum. Every strap, buckle, and wrap of cord on his boots has been picked out with care, making this a genuinely rewarding miniature to paint.
Variation 02 of the Tavern NPC Knight captures the knight in full, committed motion — mid-charge rather than set and braced. The dynamic pose reads clearly on the tabletop, whether he's defending an innkeeper, enforcing a local lord's decree, or rolling initiative against the party after a failed Persuasion check.
This sculpt works equally well as a named NPC — a disgraced knight, a retired mercenary turned bouncer, or a city watch veteran — or as a player character representing a Fighter or Paladin who prefers heavy armour and an aggressive fighting style. We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
