Not every barbarian is a wandering adventurer — some are regulars at the local tavern, and some of those regulars have an extremely short fuse. This sculpt captures that precise moment: a broad-shouldered brawler mid-charge, one knee raised as he lunges forward, a heavy engraved axe swung wide in his leading hand and the other arm thrown back for counterbalance. His mouth is open in a full battle roar, his long hair streaming behind him. This is not a man who de-escalates.
The detail on this piece rewards close inspection. The axe blade carries knotwork engravings and a rope-wrapped grip, giving it the look of a weapon with history behind it. His layered clothing — a heavy open-fronted coat over a quilted diamond-pattern skirt, with rope-bound bracers on both arms — sits somewhere between travelling mercenary and off-duty gladiator. A large medallion hangs at his chest, suggesting rank or affiliation rather than mere decoration. This is a character with a story, and your players are about to become part of it.
The miniature is multipart and comes with your choice of a decorative sculpted base or a plain base, depending on which variant you select.
