The Taka-Onna is a spirit from Japanese folklore — a yokai who elongates her lower body into a sinuous, serpentine coil to peer through windows, slip beneath doors, and drag the unwary into darkness. This sculpt captures her mid-manifestation: robes whipping around her, long hair streaming upward as though caught in a supernatural current, her mouth wrenched open in that terrible, hollow wail. The coiling lower body is rendered with striking fluidity, tapering into a looping spiral that gives the piece an almost dancing quality — beautiful and deeply unsettling in equal measure.

Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. The sculpt is pre-supported for clean results, and each piece is quality checked before dispatch. Minor marks from support removal are possible but easily tidied up before priming.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
