The Pie Fiend is one of Great Grimoire's inspired takes on the classic mimic concept, reimagining the beloved shapeshifting monster as something altogether more unsettling — and more delicious-looking. From above, it presents a beautifully detailed pastry crust, latticed and crimped with horrible precision. Flip the scenario around, and you're looking at a writhing mass of segmented, scale-like flesh, spiked dorsal fins, and thick muscular tentacles curling outward, ready to drag the unwary towards a spiralling, tooth-ringed maw at its centre. The sculpt captures both the deception and the horror in a single piece, with two components — the innocent-looking pie lid and the exposed creature beneath — offering Dungeon Masters a brilliant reveal mechanic on the table.

The mini is ready for priming and painting straight from the box, and works equally well unpainted for those who prefer a natural resin look at the table.
