This is the Swarm of Lemures from the 2025 Monster Manual, sculpted by MZ4250 — and it captures exactly what makes lemures so unsettling. Rather than a single figure, this is a heaving cluster of bloated, fleshy bodies fused together into one shambling mass. Ridged, worm-like flesh wraps across each torso. Sunken eyes and gaping mouths stretch open in silent anguish. Clawed hands rake outward from the sides of the swarm, reaching towards whoever is unfortunate enough to stand in their path.
The sculpt presents multiple lemure forms pressed tightly together — some with mouths agape, others with hollow, half-closed eyes — all mounted on a single large oval base. The texture across the entire surface is deeply detailed, with layered folds and sinuous ridges that will take washes and drybrushing beautifully. Paint it in pallid flesh tones with deep crimson recesses for a truly disturbing result, or go full necrotic grey for something appropriately lifeless.
