Description

It does not shamble or shuffle — it surges, all clacking limbs and hollow skull, and the swarm rises with it.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Swarm Lord is a nightmare built from the remnants of a thousand insectoid creatures, fused into a single towering horror by some dark and hungry will. This action pose captures the creature mid-lunge, skeletal legs splayed wide across a web-etched base, multiple limbs outstretched — some bearing long chitinous blades, others grasping with articulated claws. A grinning skull sits at the creature's centre mass, ringed by tattered wing membranes and organic armour that looks grown rather than worn. It radiates the kind of threat that makes a whole table go quiet.

Whether you're running it as an undead swarm sovereign, a Monstrosity lurking beneath a blighted forest, or the physical manifestation of a Plague God's will, this sculpt gives the Dungeon Master a presence that commands the board. It's equally at home as a showpiece on a display shelf — the layered detail across every limb and joint rewards a confident painter with washes and highlights.

Brought to your table for adventurers who:

  • Need a large, visually distinct boss monster for a climactic encounter
  • Are building an insectoid, undead, or blighted-nature themed campaign arc
  • Enjoy painting complex organic creatures with layered textures and fine surface detail
  • Want a display piece that holds its own on any shelf alongside their best work

Encounter Hook:
The party was hired to investigate a collapsed mine three days' ride from the nearest town. Inside, they find no bodies — only shed husks, thousands of them, leading deeper into the dark. At the lowest level, something vast shifts in the silence. Then the clacking begins.

What's included:
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model on the detailed web-patterned base comes as a single piece, attached. A plain base variant is available detached for easy attachment with a drop of glue. Each piece is hand-checked before dispatch — minor surface marks from the printing process are possible and can be cleaned up before priming. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork.
