Description
It emerged from the mire without sound — no splash, no warning — just the slow, purposeful rise of something that had been waiting beneath the surface for a very long time.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is a creature built from the swamp itself: every ridge of exposed musculature, every taut sinew and cracked limb speaks to something ancient and deeply wrong. The sculpt captures a humanoid form stripped of everything soft — skin, mercy, restraint — leaving behind a figure of raw, unsettling power. Standing in a measured, forward-weighted stance with arms loose at its sides, it carries the quiet menace of a predator that doesn't need to rush. The base features pitted, waterlogged ground detail that grounds it firmly in its fetid domain.
Whether you use it as a yuan-ti abomination, a flesh golem loose in the wetlands, a drowned revenant that refuses to stay dead, or your own homebrew horror, this sculpt has the presence to anchor a memorable encounter. It works equally well as a centrepiece on a display shelf — the detail rewards close attention and a careful paint job.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Run swamp, wetland, or corrupted-nature encounters
- Need a large, imposing humanoid threat as a mid-tier or boss-level enemy
- Want a centrepiece mini that rewards careful painting
- Collect dark fantasy and horror-adjacent miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The village healer speaks of a figure seen at the edge of the fen each night — standing perfectly still in the reeds, facing the settlement. It has been there for six days. Last night, it took a single step closer.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model with a detailed base comes as a single pre-attached piece. The version with a plain base ships with the base detached for easy gluing. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all miniature printing, minor marks or imperfections can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up before priming.
