Where cobblestone streets meet arcane engineering, the city's lamplighters wind the great gear-driven lamps each dusk — and adventurers have learned to watch who else gathers in their glow.

This beautifully detailed streetlamp terrain piece blends Gothic architecture with steampunk engineering in a way that sits comfortably in settings from Ravnica to Eberron, a gas-lit Victorian city, or any urban fantasy environment your campaign calls for. The sculpt features a tall fluted column decorated with carved floral relief, a large interlocking gear mechanism at its mid-section — complete with spoked wheel and studded cog — and an ornately etched hanging lantern that would not look out of place on a Sharn street corner or in the fog-wrapped avenues of a Ravenloft city district. A second wall-mounted variation is also visible in the render, showing an angled bracket arm with its own matching lantern, suggesting this range includes complementary pieces for dressing interiors and exteriors alike.
Whether you're building a city encounter for your players, staging a diorama, or adding atmospheric scatter to a painting project, this piece brings genuine architectural personality to the table. It works as a line-of-sight blocker, a narrative landmark, or simply the kind of terrain detail that makes your players feel like the world was built for them.
Perfect for adventurers who:- Run urban campaigns set in steampunk, Gothic, or gaslamp fantasy settings
- Want scatter terrain that doubles as a genuine visual centrepiece
- Are building Eberron, Ravnica, Ravenloft, or homebrew city maps
- Enjoy painting terrain pieces with real surface detail to work into
- Collect display-worthy scatter alongside their miniature range
Encounter Hook:
The body is found slumped beneath the great gear-lamp at the corner of Irongate and the Warrens — the lamp still turning, still clicking, casting its amber arc across the cobbles. The lamplighter insists he wound it at midnight. The body, the city watch says, has been there since before midnight. Someone is lying, and the gears keep turning.
Details
What's included:
Scaled to 32mm. The model with a decorative base is supplied as a single attached piece. The model with a plain base comes with the base detached for easy gluing. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush. As with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor support marks may occasionally be present — these are easily tidied up and do not affect the sculpt detail.
