This is pose 01 of the Storm Giant Warrior-Sage range by Novaminis. Storm giants occupy the apex of giant-kind in D&D lore — ancient, brooding, and touched by prophecy. This sculpt captures that duality in a single figure: a towering warrior clad in riveted plate armour with a Greco-Roman flavour, a sweeping battle cloak billowing behind him, and a massive greatsword resting across one shoulder. His free hand crackles with tendrils of raw lightning energy — not yet released, but coiled and ready. There is a stillness to the pose that carries more menace than a full charge ever could.
The detail across every surface rewards careful painting. The armour plates are studded and layered, the sandalled feet speak to a warrior above mundane footwear, and the lightning tendrils offer a genuine showcase opportunity for OSL (object-source lighting) painters. Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base; the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a drop of glue. Includes an alternate open hand for a variant spellcasting look. Arrives ready for priming and painting — our quality control process means supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are straightforward to tidy up.
