This bundle contains two Steeder rider miniatures from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, each depicting a Duergar mounted atop a hulking giant spider. The first shows a mohawked Duergar warrior mid-battle cry, hammer raised high as her armoured mount lowers its venom-dripping chelicerae toward the enemy. The second shows a white-bearded elder Duergar seated more calmly — no less dangerous — atop a rounder, more rounded spider with a distinctive spotted abdomen. Both mounts are covered in chitinous plating, wicked spines, and the kind of anatomical detail that makes arachnophobes deeply uncomfortable and DMs deeply happy. These are not generic spider tokens — these are characters with presence, authority, and eight legs of attitude.

Steeders are the domesticated giant spiders of the Underdark, bred and bonded by Duergar society across generations. On the tabletop, they bring immediate atmosphere: the click of chitin on stone, the silence before an ambush, the dread of realising the cave ceiling is not, in fact, still. Whether you're running an Underdark hex-crawl, a clash with a Duergar patrol, or a full siege of a deep-dwarf fortress, these two riders give you distinct characters for the same terrifying cavalry unit.

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a Duergar scouting party for two days when the tunnel opens into a vast cavern — and across the web-strung chasm, the elder rider raises one hand to halt her escort. She has already seen the adventurers. She has been watching them since the second tunnel junction. The warrior at her side hefts her hammer and grins.
