Steampunk Tall Cylinder by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
Deep in the bowels of the artificers' quarter, something enormous hisses and ticks — its pressure gauges trembling, its pipes rattling with barely-contained energy.
- ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
- ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
- ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama
This tall cylindrical boiler terrain piece is a feast of industrial detail. Riveted panels, control buttons, rotating valve wheels, a clockwork gauge face, bundled pipework snaking down its flanks, and a sturdy wheeled platform base — every surface tells a story of a world where steam and sorcery have merged. Whether it's the centrepiece of a gnomish workshop, a volatile hazard in a clockwork dungeon, or a piece of street furniture in a Weird West town, this scatter piece earns its place on the table.
This is a digital render showing the unprinted sculpt by Mia Kay M3DM — the level of detail captured across the boiler body, side-mounted gear clusters, and pipe ladder is genuinely impressive and translates beautifully to the tabletop.
Brilliant for adventurers who:
- Run steampunk, Eberron, Weird West, or artificer-heavy campaigns
- Want industrial scatter terrain that doubles as a cover object or environmental hazard
- Are building a gnomish workshop, dockside engine room, or clockwork dungeon diorama
- Love collecting and painting detailed terrain pieces for display
Encounter Hook:
The party has sixty seconds before the boiler reaches critical pressure — someone needs to reach the shut-off valve at the top while the warforged assassin uses the piping and gear clusters for cover, picking them off one by one.
