The Star Spawn Mangler is one of the most viscerally unsettling aberrations in D&D 5e — a six-limbed nightmare that combines humanoid form with insectoid extra limbs and the feral hunger of something that has never known mercy. This sculpt from Monster Atlas captures that wrongness in full: the cracked, dome-like skull, the wide-stretched primary arms reaching wide in a predatory display, and the cluster of additional segmented limbs erupting from its torso and flanks.
