Description

The druids who raised it are long forgotten — but the stone remembers, and something in its cracks still hums with old power.

  • ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
  • ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
  • ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama

This weathered monolith is a tall, rough-hewn standing stone, deeply cracked from centuries of exposure and etched with faint, eroded carvings that hint at a lost civilisation or forgotten ritual purpose. The texture is rich and granular throughout — every pockmark, fracture line, and worn edge is captured in fine detail, giving it genuine weight and age on the tabletop. Whether it marks a druidic sacred site, a fey boundary stone, or the remnant of a ruined temple complex, it brings instant narrative presence to any outdoor or wilderness encounter.

As scatter terrain, it works as hard as any named piece — providing line-of-sight blocking cover, a focal point for ritual scenes, or simply the kind of environmental detail that makes a location feel lived-in and ancient. Pair it with other standing stones to build a full henge, or use it alone to anchor a remote moorland encounter. This is the fourth piece in the Standing Stone range from Ella's Arcanum, making it a natural companion to the other variants if you're building out a complete site.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Build immersive wilderness, moorland, or ancient ruins battle maps
  • Want scatter terrain that doubles as a narrative focal point
  • Are assembling a full druidic henge or sacred circle for their campaign
  • Enjoy painting weathered stone textures with washes and dry-brushing
  • Collect detailed terrain pieces for display dioramas alongside character minis

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the stone circle at midnight, as instructed — but someone, or something, has already been here. The central stone is slicked with fresh blood in a pattern none of them recognise, and from deep within the largest monolith comes a sound like breathing. The Perception checks are made. The initiative is rolled.

Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Scaled to 32mm. A fine addition to both active gaming tables and display collections alike.
