Ssarnak is a predator built for terror. Sculpted in a low, coiled crouch with both clawed hands splayed wide and taloned feet gripping the ground, this creature radiates the tension of a hunter about to spring. A crown of jagged bone-like spines erupts from its skull, its single cyclopean eye is ringed with unsettling detail, and its exposed musculature suggests something that has shed every unnecessary part of itself in pursuit of lethality. This is not a minion — it is a statement.
Whether you place Ssarnak at the end of a dungeon corridor, lurking at the edge of torchlight, or drop it onto the table as a boss reveal, its silhouette alone will shift the energy at the table. It paints beautifully, with deep muscle definition ideal for washes and contrast paints, and its striking alien anatomy makes it equally at home on a display shelf as on the battlemat.

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tasked with investigating a collapsed trade route — three caravans, forty people, no survivors, no bodies. As they descend into the tunnel where the last wagon was found, Ssarnak drops from the ceiling behind the rearguard, and the torches go out.
Ssarnak is printed at 32mm scale. A plain black base is available as an option and comes unattached — a small amount of glue will fix it in place. All supports are removed before dispatch, though minor surface marks are occasionally possible given the nature of high-detail printing; these are easily tidied up before priming.
