This giant spider sculpt from La Louve 3D is a creature built for menace in miniature form. The textured abdomen is covered in layered, scale-like bristles that catch light brilliantly once painted, while the cephalothorax bears a distinctive cluster of raised eye nodes — eight in total — giving it an unmistakably arachnid face that will unsettle even the most seasoned adventurer. The legs are articulated in a low, stalking posture, as though the creature has just frozen at the edge of a web, deciding whether the party is prey.
At 32mm scale, this sculpt reads clearly across the table — detailed enough to reward a careful paint job, but characterful enough to be genuinely unsettling straight off the base. Whether you're running a drow city encounter, a forest ambush, or a cavern full of brooding silk-spinners, this mini earns its place on the board.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a Giant Spider token that actually looks the part on the battlemat
- Are running Underdark, Lost Mine, or forest-heavy campaigns
- Want a creature mini that doubles as a display piece on the hobby shelf
- Are building a spider-themed encounter, nest, or drow lair set
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a missing merchant for two days. Deep in the Silverwood, they find his cart — upright, undamaged, and wrapped in a single thick cord of silk that trails upward into the canopy. Something very large has been very patient.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model comes with a sculpted oval base included. As with all detailed creature sculpts, the base enhances the final look considerably and the model is designed to sit naturally upon it. Support marks are removed during our quality check process, though minor traces may occasionally remain — these are easily tidied up before priming. Supplied unpainted and ready for your brushwork, or striking enough to use as-is.
