This giant spider sculpt from La Louve 3D captures the creature mid-threat display — forelegs raised, bulbous multi-lens eyes fixed forward, coarse hair bristling across its abdomen and thorax. It's not lurking. It has already decided. The oval dungeon-floor base grounds it with just enough grit to suggest flagstone or packed earth, making it a natural fit for cave systems, collapsed sewers, or the silken depths of a drow outpost.
Giant spiders are a staple of underground encounters — cheap to field in numbers, genuinely unsettling on the table, and capable of turning a relaxed dungeon crawl into a panicked retreat. This sculpt earns its place both as a gaming piece and as a display centrepiece for anyone who appreciates the craft behind a well-detailed arthropod. The layered texture work on the legs and body rewards a careful paint job, but it reads well even unpainted.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need believable giant spider tokens for D&D 5e or other TTRPG encounters
- Are building Underdark lairs, forest ruins, or web-infested dungeon rooms
- Want a creature mini that doubles as a display piece worth showing off
- Are running encounters involving drow, ettercaps, or spider cult factions
Encounter Hook:
The ranger holds up a fist — silence. A single thread of web drifts past the torchlight. Then the ceiling moves, and what the party thought was a patch of shadow unfolds into eight legs and a body the size of a war dog, forelegs already raised as it drops.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature and decorative base are separate pieces — a small amount of glue will secure them. Some models interact directly with their base in the sculpt, so we recommend using the base for the best overall presentation. Minor surface marks from the printing process are possible; these are easily cleaned up before priming.

Mitz rolled Charisma. Simz rolled Charisma. Both succeeded. The humans had no say in any of this.
