Spectre by Monster Atlas
Description
It rose from the cursed earth without warning — a skeletal thing of sinew and shadow, wild-haired and howling, its clawed hands reaching for the living with gleeful hunger.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This Spectre sculpt by Monster Atlas captures the creature at its most viscerally unsettling. The emaciated torso stretches taut over visible ribs and corded muscle, while the skull-face grins with hollow menace beneath a wild crown of tendrils swept back as if caught in a supernatural gale. The lower body dissolves into a churning mass of spectral vapour, rooting the figure to its base in a way that reads as both ethereal and deeply threatening. Arms are outstretched and clawed — one raking forward, one reaching wide — giving the pose a dynamic, lurching charge that works brilliantly on the battlemat.
Whether you're staging an ambush in a haunted manor, populating the crypts beneath a necromancer's tower, or simply want a centrepiece-worthy undead figure for your display shelf, this mini carries genuine menace from every angle. It's equally at home in a D&D 5e encounter as it is on a painter's desk, where the sculpt's deep muscle definition and dramatic silhouette reward careful highlighting.
A fine addition for adventurers who:
- Run undead-heavy campaigns and need a visually distinct spectral threat
- Want an encounter-ready horror miniature that doubles as a display piece
- Enjoy painting dramatic undead sculpts with strong anatomical detail
- Are building a Ravenloft or gothic horror themed collection
Encounter Hook:
The village elder's ghost was supposed to guide the party to the hidden vault — but when the séance goes wrong and something else answers the call, the adventurers find themselves face to face with a grinning, clawed spectre rising from the cellar floor, its tendrils thrashing and its empty eye sockets fixed with terrible recognition.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The figure and decorative base are separate pieces and fit together cleanly — a small amount of superglue will secure them. The sculpted vapour base is an integral part of the composition and the two are designed to work together. The miniature arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or for use straight from the box.
