Description
They said no soul could survive the Soulforging process and still call itself human — Harvold Blue Eyes Stalson is proof that some will pay any price to keep sailing.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Harvold was once a sea captain of considerable renown, infamous along the coastal routes for his cold blue eyes and colder nerve under fire. When a naval ambush left him mortally wounded and adrift, he struck a desperate bargain with an artificer of dubious ethics — his body remade, his will preserved, his humanity traded away one plate of construct armour at a time. Now he walks the decks as something between man and machine: a Soulforged Swashbuckler, bound to no crew but his own fractured sense of honour.
This 32mm miniature captures Harvold in a confident, wide-stance pose, one gauntleted mechanical hand gripping a ship's mast for balance, the other resting on the pommel of a long naval blade planted tip-down into the deck. His long coat billows behind him, layered over segmented construct armour with intricate woven detailing across the torso and legs. A tricorn hat and a construct faceplate — somewhere between a mask and a helmet — give him the look of a figure who belongs equally in a harbormaster's office and a boarding action. The scenic driftwood deck base ties the whole sculpt to its Blood on the Sails seafaring setting. Whether you field him as a swashbuckler PC, a rogue construct NPC, or a haunted naval villain, the silhouette reads immediately and clearly on the tabletop.
Equally well-suited to gaming sessions and display shelves, Harvold rewards a careful painter — the coat folds, armour panelling, and mechanical hand joints all hold paint beautifully at this scale.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run nautical or pirate-themed D&D campaigns and need a standout NPC or boss
- Want a construct character miniature with genuine narrative presence
- Play an Artificer, Fighter, or Rogue and want a miniature that reflects a construct-touched backstory
- Collect display-quality miniatures from the Blood on the Sails setting
Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a series of merchant ship disappearances to a fog-shrouded cove — and find the Corroded Vigil anchored there, its captain standing motionless at the prow. Harvold Blue Eyes Stalson doesn't ask why they've come. He simply states his price for safe passage: retrieve the logbook of the man he used to be, lost in the wreck that killed him, and he'll let them sail on. Refuse, and he draws the blade without a word.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic deck base are separate pieces, designed to be joined with superglue — Harvold's pose interacts with the mast on the base, so we recommend attaching it for the full effect. Arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or display as cast.
