The Snail Guard 2 is the second sculpt in La Louve 3D's wonderfully eccentric snail warrior series, and it brings just as much character as its predecessor. This armoured gastropod stands poised with a tall spear planted firmly at its side, a sturdy round shield strapped to its flank — its surface textured with aged wood grain and iron rivets — and a small ornate lantern dangling from one tentacle. The body is covered in overlapping scale-like plating that gives it a genuinely reptilian quality, and the whole piece sits low to the ground in that naturally determined snail posture that somehow reads as completely battle-ready.

La Louve 3D has a talent for the whimsical done seriously — this is not a joke creature slapped together for laughs, but a considered sculpt with genuine detail in the shielding, the weapon, and the texture work across the creature's body.
