Description

Even the undergrowth has secrets in a world where druids whisper to every leaf and rangers read ambushes in the shape of a thicket.

  • ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
  • ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
  • ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama

This compact scatter terrain piece depicts a rounded, densely scaled bush — its overlapping leaf-like scales layered in concentric rows from base to crown, giving it a distinctive organic texture that reads clearly on the tabletop. At 32mm scale it sits naturally alongside your adventurers and monsters, providing a believable touch of wilderness without overwhelming the scene.

Whether you're dressing a forest clearing, lining a village path, or adding a touch of overgrowth to dungeon entrance tiles, this piece earns its place on the table. It's equally at home on a painted display board as it is in the thick of a skirmish encounter — the kind of detail that makes a battle map feel genuinely lived-in.

A fine choice for adventurers who:

  • Build immersive wilderness, village, or dungeon-edge battle maps
  • Want scatter terrain with clear, readable texture at gaming distance
  • Create dioramas, display boards, or painted nature scenes
  • Need quick, atmospheric cover elements for outdoor encounters

Encounter Hook:
The party is tracking a wounded owlbear through the Thornwood when the ranger calls a halt — something has disturbed the undergrowth ahead. A cluster of these dense, scaled bushes lines both sides of the path, and they're moving. Not in the wind. Something is crouched behind each one, waiting for the signal.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale and ready for priming and painting straight out of the box. Supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the print process may occasionally be present — these are easily tidied up with a hobby file or blade. Use as-is for a quick battlefield dressing, or take your time painting it up for display.
