Description

They said no ocean could drown him twice — and they were right, because Sludge Morgan came back from the depths with a barrel of powder, a loaded pistol, and absolutely nothing left to lose.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Sludge Morgan is a skeletal undead pirate captain sculpted with bags of character and just a hint of chaos. He strides forward through spectral flames — his lower half dissolving into a billowing ghostly mist — clutching a powder keg under one skeletal arm and levelling a flintlock pistol with the other. His weathered tricorne sits atop a grinning skull framed by wild, flowing hair, and his long coat ripples dramatically behind him. The scenic base is sculpted to resemble wooden ship planking wreathed in curling supernatural fire, giving the whole miniature a sense of restless, vengeful energy that's as much spectral as it is nautical.

Whether you run him as a ghost pirate captain, a undead BBEG haunting the Shattered Isles, or a Revenant who refuses to go quietly, Sludge Morgan commands the table with the kind of presence that makes players reconsider their life choices. Painters will find rich detail throughout — the texture of the barrel staves, the billowing coat, and the expressively grinning skull reward careful layering and washes alike. As a display piece, he's an eye-catching centrepiece that looks right at home alongside any nautical or undead-themed collection.

This miniature suits adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable undead pirate captain or ghost ship boss for a seafaring campaign
  • Want a Revenant, Wight, or undead pirate for a Ravenloft or nautical arc
  • Are looking for a showstopper display piece with dynamic, ghostly energy
  • Love painting characterful undead with strong silhouettes and expressive faces

Encounter Hook: The party's ship is becalmed at midnight when a barnacle-crusted galleon emerges from the fog, its lanterns burning green. Standing at the prow, powder keg in hand, is Sludge Morgan — and he's looking for whoever stole something from his locked cabin three ports ago. It was, unfortunately, the party's rogue.
