The Skullbones Hill set from Epic Miniatures is a three-piece scatter terrain collection designed to bring grim atmosphere to any encounter. The centrepiece is a towering mound of tangled skeletal remains — full ribcages, femurs, and empty-eyed skulls heaped into a cairn that no one built on purpose. Flanking it are two smaller pieces: a broad, low pile of skulls stacked like cannonballs, and a modest scatter of loose bones and a single collapsed skeleton, as though something was dragged here and simply left.

Together, the three pieces give your table a sense of scale and history — whether you're dressing a lich's throne room, a battlefield long after the fighting ended, or the entrance to a den something dreadful calls home. Individually, they break up the monotony of a bare dungeon floor and communicate danger without a word needing to be spoken.

Sculpted with excellent surface detail — individual vertebrae, cracked craniums, and bone-on-bone texture throughout — these pieces reward a careful paint job but read clearly straight from the grey even before a brush touches them.
